The National White Collar Crime Center(NW3C) is a congressionally-funded non-profit organization that supports local, state, federal and international law enforcement efforts to prevent, investigate, and prosecute economic and cyber crimes.
Communications Specialist My primary duties at NW3C included leading or assisting in projects that involved writing, design, layout, public relations, and the coordination and execution of events. Examples of my responsibilities included planning writing, designing, producing, and arranging printing and delivery of the Informant, a tri-annual 40+ page full color magazine, with a subscriber list of over 17,000; managing Informant Subscriber lists; planning, writing, designing, producing and arranging printing and delivery of a 30+ page NW3C Annual Report; writing articles, press releases, and speeches/remarks; interviewing industry experts and law enforcement officials for stories; and assisting in NW3C event planning and execution; training and guiding new communications staff.
